Veronica Rolocut

Chief Executive Officer

Veronica is responsible for managing the operations of the Association. She served for 10 years as the Government Affairs Director at the Association before taking over the role as CEO. She brings 15 more years of legislative and advocacy experience from working on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., and eight years of management and training experience in the private sector.

Laura Metz
Director of Operations

Laura Metz has served for over 30 years at the Association and has a great deal of institutional knowledge. She works closely with the CEO, coordinates events, and is our database administrator. She is our staff liaison for many committees including Affiliate, Awards, Networking, Nominating, Trade Show, and YPN.

Jessica Brock
Government Affairs Director

Jessica comes to HarCAR with county government zoning experience and a year of REALTORŪ association experience. She monitors all legislation that impacts homeownership, property rights, and the real estate industry. She promotes Calls For Action as well as any activities in support of the REALTORŪ Party. She works as staff liaison for the REALTORSŪ Political Action Committee and the Legislative Committee. She is also responsible for the Candidate Selection Task Force during election years.

Tamela Agudo
Director of Education

Tamela brings an extensive background in management and leadership training to her position, where she is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs to support the growth and success of the Association's members. She serves as liaison to the Education and the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Awareness (IDEA) Committees.

Mary Davis
Communications Specialist

Mary brings a fresh look to all our communications. She holds a degree in Communications and worked as a Social Media Coordinator for another REALTORSŪ association for three years before joining our team. She works as liaison for the MARCOM and the Membership Committees.

Member Services Coordinator

Debbie is here to handle all things SentriLock, the REALTORŪ Store, new member applications, affiliate applications, and more. With over 25 years of customer service experience, she is always happy to help you.
