

Veronica is responsible for managing the operations of the Association. She served for 10 years as the Government Affairs Director at the Association before taking over the role as CEO. She brings 15 more years of legislative and advocacy experience from working on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., and eight years of management and training experience in the private sector.

Laura Metz has served for over 30 years at the Association and has a great deal of institutional knowledge. She works closely with the CEO, coordinates events, and is our database administrator. She is our staff liaison for many committees including Affiliate, Awards, Networking, Nominating, Trade Show, and YPN.

The Government Affairs Director (GAD) monitors and analyzes legislative and regulatory issues that affect home ownership, property rights, and the real estate industry. The GAD promoted Calls for Action and supports initiatives aligned with the REALTORŪ Party as well as serving as the staff liaison to the REALTORSŪ Political Action Committee (RPAC), the Legislative Committee, and oversees the Candidate Selection Task Force.


Lexi brings a fresh look to our communications. She holds a degree in Digital Media and Design and works as liaison for the Membership Committee.
